Spiral Cellars Scandinavia is distributed by Fredelund ApS, which is an independent legal entity.
In the following, we refer to ourselves as 'we'.

Information about your personal data

When we refer to 'you' and 'you' in the following, we mean you as a private individual. This privacy policy relates to data we receive from and about you and how this is processed and stored.

We usually receive the primary data from you, either by e-mail, via the contact form on our website, or by signing up for a newsletter. In other words, you will be fully aware of it when you provide personal data such as this to us and you can ask us to delete this information again at any time*.

In other words, information such as this is only used to serve you and only if you invite us to do so.

Secondary data is information about your name and which segment you belong to (gender, age range, interests, region/country). You have provided this type of information to 3rd parties, for example by stating this on your social media profile. We use this type to target our marketing to segments for whom our products are deemed to be relevant or interesting.

Tertiary data is more general data that is collected via cookies when you visit our website. We do not collect this information ourselves, but have the opportunity to obtain from 3rd parties. We only have the possibility to obtain secondary and tertiary data, but not limit or delete.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our suppliers of the IT systems that we use to process your data, e.g. our financial system (in relation to invoicing), our financial institution (in relation to payments), our supplier of telephony (in relation to contact information).
