In connection with the construction of a brand new villa in the southern part of Aalborg, the family chose to have a Spiral Cellar installed. When we work in new construction, the wine cellar is already installed when the foundation is made. This allows the hole for the wine cellar to be dug by machine. This is much faster than a manually dug hole and therefore cheaper for the builder.
We've recently seen an increased demand for cellars to be used as an extension of the kitchen area. A Spiral Cellar can be used for much more than wine, as it is also ideal as a weight room. With the Spirit model, you can now also choose different shelf heights.
The family was moving to a smaller home but needed to expand the storage space in the kitchen. With a Spiral Cellar it is possible to expand your home downwards. The wine cellar is optimal as a weight room, where you can store canned goods, pickles, alcohol, kitchen appliances, etc. in addition to wine.
In what will become the house's new kitchen-dining room, the existing floor had to be removed first. The contractor then brought a small excavator inside and used it to dig as deep as it could reach, the rest had to be dug by hand.

With this installation , we have helped fulfill a long-standing dream for the builder, who can now finally call himself Spiral Cellar owner, and with a view of the small lake in the backyard, the wine cellar could not have had a more central and beautiful location in the core of the house, namely the large and impressive kitchen-dining room.
As an extension of the current villa, the family of 2 adults and 2 children has a fantastic extension. The extension is equipped with a large bedroom and extra bathroom on one side.
The townhouse in Aarhus is uniquely equipped with both a garage and outbuildings, and in connection with extensive renovation, a Spiral Cellar wine cellar has been added.
the cellar is the White model and is 2 meters deep and can hold 1,130 bottles of wine. It is fitted with a round glass trap door without an overhead frame. It is installed with LED strips under each step and in the floor.
Outside Kristiansand in a newly developed residential area, we had the pleasure of building a wine cellar in the Norwegian mountains. The hole was ready for our arrival and the cellar was built in just a few days with the help of our skilled Norwegian team.
In a huge and beautiful orangery attached to a villa outside Aarhus, we built this Spiral Cellar as a rush delivery. Was the cellar an impulse buy? We don't know, but if it was, it's probably one of the more ostentatious ones.
Once the hole is lined with the waterproofing membrane and the cast floor in the hole has hardened, we can build the cellar module by module and the water will no longer interfere with the process and will never penetrate the membrane, so the cellar remains dry for the rest of its lifetime.
At the same time as new flooring was being laid and the old staircase was dismantled in the small hallway, we manually dug out the Spiral Cellar wine cellar in the floor.

In connection with an extensive renovation of this beautiful old house in Gentofte, Denmark, the client chose to dig out the deepest Spiral Cellar we can offer.
The covered terrace has been added to the living space, so the wine cellar is now part of the living room. With glass trap door and the light installed in the cellar , it has become a fantastic sculptural element in the interior design.
With lake and mountains outside the window and an elegant Spiral Cellar at your feet, it doesn't get much better.

The wine cellar was established in a concrete chamber in the ground that the customer had built for the purpose before our arrival. The model is White, it is 2.0m deep and can hold 1190 bottles.
In connection with the excavation for the foundation, the Spiral Cellar was excavated at the same time, which is practical as it allows you to excavate with an excavator and save a little money compared to our list price. the cellar can hold 1,190 bottles.

The contractor did the earthworks, so the hole was ready for us when we arrived and after placing steel rings in the hole to protect our workspace and hold the surrounding soil, we could start building the wine cellar.
In this project, we were challenged by space. The kitchen may be 11 m2 in size, but with its L-shape and an already established kitchen, we had very little room to spare during the excavation and construction of this Spiral Cellar.
This project was not an extension or new build, but a major upgrade to an existing utility room.
