At Amager in Copenhagen S, we were given the task of establishing a Spiral Cellar There, with its 3 meters depth, it is the deepest we can make. the cellar has a capacity of 1870 bottles and is located in the entrance of the house, which after this installation can probably be upgraded to be called a 'Hall'.
The hatch is a round, motorized glass trap door with frame (discontinued design) and as something very special we got for this Cellar Lugens glass custom made in China. At the push of a button, the glass becomes completely milky white and thus opaque. One touch again and the glass is completely clear.
We have used this project several times in connection with the presentation of Spiral Cellar for new customers. Therefore, fortunately, we have intermittent contact with the owner of this Cellar And can happily note that the enthusiasm is still intact, even though it was established already in 2013: "Every time I go down to my wine cellar, I smile".
