Beautifully located by the lakeshore is this plot, which was built on in 2017. In connection with excavation for the foundation, excavation for Spiral Cellar was carried out at the same time, which is convenient as you can get excavated with an excavator and thereby also save some money compared
to our list price.
For the finished cellar with a depth of 2.0m, a 2.3m hole was dug. We then leveled the bottom with sand before lining it with a water- and radon-proof membrane. The basement floor is then poured and the cellar is built on top of it.
the cellar with its prime location overlooking the lake is model White, which is probably our most popular model. At the top it is finished with a rectangular glass trap door with frame. the cellar can hold 1,190 bottles.
