One of the first Spiral Cellars projects we worked on in Denmark was an extension to this villa. It was our first job and not an easy one, but luckily we didn't know that as it was one of the first of its kind. The area had a lot of springs, so there was more water during excavation than we have seen since. Now we know that if a cellar could be established there, a cellar can be established almost anywhere; however, it is clearly an advantage if it is in connection with the establishment of a new one, so that, as here, you can access it by machine.
the cellar is model White. It is 2.0m deep with space for 1,190 bottles. That sounds like a lot, but we know from the customer that they would have liked more capacity. We also know from the customer that the cellar should be eminent for storing chocolate, which does not turn gray and dull with the temperature and humidity in a Spiral Cellar.
