One of the first Spiral Cellars projects we were responsible for in Denmark was in connection with an extension to this villa. It was our first task and not an easy task, but luckily we didn't know that, as it was one of the first of its kind. The area had many spring springs, so there was more water in connection with excavation than we have otherwise seen since. Now we know that a Cellar there, then a Cellar almost everywhere; However, it is clearly an advantage if it is in connection with the establishment of a new one, so that you can get to it by machine, as here.
the cellar is model White. It is 2.0m deep with room for 1,190 bottles. It sounds like a lot, but we know from the customer that they actually would have liked to have had more capacity. We also know from the customer that the cellar should be eminent for storing chocolate, which does not turn grey and dull with the temperature and humidity that is in a Spiral Cellar.
