In this project, we were challenged by the space. The kitchen is admittedly 11 m2 large, but with its L-shape and an already established kitchen, we had quite a bit of space to be on during the excavation and construction of this Spiral Cellar. We ended up removing a bit of a wall corner, which we built up again after finishing building the wine cellar and after wallpapering and painting it was as good as new. The floor covering was also temporarily removed and re-laid after the concrete around the the cellar had hardened up properly.
